Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Placing an order indicates that you agree to them.

 

Orders

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, generally within a week from ordering, but special commissions where pieces are made to an individual's design may take as long as 6 weeks.

Regrettably at present we can only accept orders from within the UK.

Once payment has been authorised we will send you a confirmation by email, with an expected dispatch time and an order number.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days and return your purchase by secure Royal Mail Special Delivery. The original label must still be on the item to obtain a refund.  If you have changed your mind the cost of the return postage must be borne by you, the consumer.  If the goods are faulty we will refund the return postage subject to agreeing that this is the case. Once the item is received and checked you will be refunded, generally within 30 working days.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown are accurate but we reserve the right to refuse to sell a product if it has been incorrectly priced due to an administrative error.

 

How to Pay

All our transactions are handled by Paypal. This is a very safe and secure system which protects both the supplier and the consumer. It is very simple to set up an account which only takes a few minutes.

By using PayPal we do not see any confidential information, only details of your address and order.

 

How your purchase will be delivered

All our jewellery is sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is no charge for this service. Your purchase will be dispatched once payment has been cleared and it will arrive packaged in a premium purple and silver 'Touchmark Guild' presentation box.

Please note that the parcel will require a signature on receipt.

 

How to cancel your order or return an item

If you have commissioned a piece please note that this is a one off item which has been made to your personal requirements.  Therefore a refund is not possible.

If you are unhappy with your purchase ie if it is faulty, ‘not as expected’ or ‘not liked’, then please contact us immediately by email to advise us that you wish to return the item(s).

If the item(s) is faulty, please include a photograph with your email. Unless the item is faulty the cost of returning the item to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery is your responsibility. Your costs, including return postage costs, will be refunded if the item is faulty via PayPal, generally within 30 working days.

Items ‘not as expected’ or ‘not liked’ must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition. The original label with the item code must still be attached to the jewellery.  The cost of return postage by a secure method must be borne by you, the consumer with sufficient insurance in the event of the parcel being lost.

 

How we protect your data

Your postage address and email address will be stored on our computer, and kept safely at Touchmark Studios. This is so that we can contact you and inform you of any upcoming events or special offers.

 

We will never give your details to a third party.
